ERP Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled ERP Support Professional to join our team. As an ERP Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they achieve optimal results from their Oracle ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support services to customers via various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve application performance.
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance the skills of junior consultants.
  • Maintain strong relationships between Global Support teams and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards E1 Finance.
  • Familiarity with all JD Edwards versions up to EnterpriseOne 9.2.
  • Demonstrated expertise in GL, AR, AP modules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • A proactive approach with a strong commitment to delivering results.
