We're hiring a Consultant Support & Training Coordinator at Flute App

Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced — both can apply

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on Interview)

At Flute App, consultants and users connect in real time. We're looking for someone creative, communicative, and problem-solving to support consultants, train them, and engage live sessions.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for consultants & resolve queries
  • Conduct training workshops and mock calls
  • Improve training & engagement strategies with the team
  • Create and implement innovative engagement ideas to make sessions more interactive
  • Assist in developing training content, FAQs, and support materials
  • Coordinate between consultants and internal teams to streamline communication

  • Handle live situations with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with training/mock calls
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
