Strategic Financial Planning Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Planning Manager to translate complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into optimized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into optimized solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their strategic goals and aligning deployment to support outcomes.
- Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.
Operational Effectiveness:
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manages team workload and assignments for AMS and Optimization Projects.
- Ensure delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable ROI.
- Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 plus years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
- Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
- Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required).
- Workday Financials Certification (preferred).
- Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred).
Adaptive Planning certification is a requirement of the role. Candidates must hold and maintain applicable certifications.
