Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis leader to join our team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across business units to drive strategic financial planning and informed decision-making.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency by leveraging data-driven insights and financial metrics.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and cost optimization through collaborative and effective communication.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and strategic projects by applying analytical capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies to maintain a high level of governance.
  • Support senior leadership with ad-hoc analysis and presentations to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • 14-16 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a large or multinational organization, with a strong track record of driving strategic financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI) to leverage analytics capabilities.
  • CA - First /Second Attempt to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
