Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to oversee our organization's financial health.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Collaborate with other departments to create and manage budgets for different projects or operational areas.
  • Monitor budget performance and variances, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Develop accurate financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • General Accounting:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning.

  • Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and business expansion strategies.
  • Team Management:

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and other relevant laws.
  • Cash Management:
  • Monitor cash flows and liquidity, optimizing working capital management.
  • Implement strategies to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and vendors to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.
  • Software and Technology:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications like CPA, CMA, ACCA can be advantageous).

They should possess proven work experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar financial management role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation is essential.

Proficiency in using accounting software and financial management tools is also required.
