Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Power Electronics Architect to lead our team in the design and development of high-efficiency power conversion systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics, technical leadership skills, and experience in driving innovation in cost-effective and scalable solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for power electronics systems.
  • Lead the design, simulation, prototyping, and validation of high-efficiency rectifier and DC-DC converter systems (10 kW).
  • Drive innovation in cost-effective, scalable, and high-efficiency power conversion for electrolyzer stacks.
  • Partner with mechanical, thermal, and systems engineering teams to co-optimize packaging, cooling, and integration.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of power electronics engineers and technicians.

Requirements:
  • D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on power electronics.
  • 18+ years of industry experience in power electronics, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Experience with medium voltage systems and safe, reliable system design in those domains.
  • Proven success delivering modular, scalable, and high-efficiency electrical architectures under cost and performance constraints.
  • Hands-on experience with digital control systems, gate drivers, magnetics design, and thermal management.
