Electrical Systems Architect

The Electrical Systems Architect will define and own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for power electronics systems. This role requires a deep understanding of AC-DC and DC-DC conversion topologies, especially in multi-kilowatt to multi-megawatt power classes.

  • Develop and maintain electrical system architectures that meet performance, cost, and reliability requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical goals with commercial requirements.
  • Partner with mechanical, thermal, and systems engineering to co-optimize packaging, cooling, and integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on power electronics.
  • 18+ years of industry experience in power electronics, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of digital control systems, gate drivers, magnetics design, and thermal management.
  • Strong familiarity with grid-connected systems, including solar PV inverters, battery energy storage, or similar.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
