Electrical Systems Development Lead

This role involves leading the design and implementation of electrical systems for power electronics, including battery management and high-voltage system architecture. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hardware development, thermal management, and electromagnetic compatibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define system hardware architecture and component specifications for high-voltage (400V–800V) battery systems, ensuring compliance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262 and AEC-Q100.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, drive validation and testing of prototypes in lab and vehicle environments, and guide PCB layout for high-power designs.
  • Select and integrate components such as MCUs, ADCs, op-amps, shunt resistors, Hall-effect sensors, and isolation devices, while developing schematics and PCB layouts using tools like Altium Designer, OrCAD, or KiCAD.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical systems development, with a focus on power electronics and battery management.
  • Strong understanding of automotive standards, thermal management, and electromagnetic compatibility.
  • Proficiency in CAD design tools, PCB layout software, and programming languages such as C and Python.
