Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems and instrumentation used in our thermal engineering solutions.

  • Develop electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts
  • Specify sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters
  • Design PLC/SCADA logic for control systems (preferably Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley)
  • Oversee wiring, panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning
  • Coordinate with mechanical, design, and purchase teams for integrated system delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or instrumentation issues at the shop or site
  • Maintain documentation: BOMs, wiring diagrams, FAT/SAT protocols, O&M manuals
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial projects (furnaces, boilers, process plants)
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • PLC programming (Siemens, Delta)
  • HMI/SCADA development
  • VFDs, MCCs, LT Panels, relay logics
  • Sensors and instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPlan (preferred), and Excel
  • Understanding of industrial safety practices and CE/IEC/IS compliance
