Your Role

As a Chief Software Delivery Strategist at thinkbridge, you will be responsible for leading projects from planning to delivery. Your primary objective will be to ensure successful project execution by:

  • Executing project plans and delivering high-quality software.
  • Accessing situations and making necessary adjustments to the team, processes, and project execution plan to guarantee successful delivery.
  • Setting clear expectations with the delivery team, product team, and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining awareness of project status/progress reports and determining if the project is on track.
  • Keeping relevant stakeholders informed.

You will also be responsible for removing blockers for team members, analyzing skill gaps, and taking appropriate actions to resolve them. Additionally, you will find technology patterns and development practices to speed up the development process and provide timely feedback to team members.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Good analytical and logical thinking.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve delivery goals.
  • Able to evaluate team members' skills and allocate tasks accordingly.
  • Experience with software development frameworks (e.g., .NET, Java, PHP, Node, Angular, React, Ruby on Rails), SQL databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and source control systems (GitHub, BitBucket, GitLab).
