We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master with Project management experience to lead our international project in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management;
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
  • Assist the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices;
  • Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress;
  • Monitor the team's progress and ensure alignment with project goals;
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to track and visualize team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics;

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Certified Scrum Master;
  • +5 years of experience in Agile project management;
  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban;
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;
  • Experience in leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English;
