Job Title

The ideal candidate will bring strong fundamentals in project management, hands-on experience with Managed Services delivery, and proven expertise in Agile methodologies.

This role demands ownership, accountability, and the ability to balance structured execution with proactive risk management in a client-facing environment.

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and Managed Services projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Drive SLA-driven service delivery with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous service improvement (CSI).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Severity 1 & Severity 2 issues, coordinating swift resolution with minimal impact to business operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in project management concepts, including risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, change management, and decision logging.

They will also have proven experience delivering projects in a Managed Services environment, including SLA management and governance models.

Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on delivery experience, is essential.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with excellent documentation skills and the ability to maintain a structured, transparent, and reliable source of truth.
