Role Summary:

As a specialist in testing and quality assurance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high quality of power transformers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for power transformers in alignment with project objectives.
  • Conduct thorough in-process testing to verify product quality at every stage of production.
  • Perform routine, type, and special tests within the plant, adhering to industry and client specifications.
  • Coordinate customer inspections at the factory and ensure timely approval of test reports.
  • Investigate failures or deviations observed during testing and communicate findings for corrective action.
  • Maintain calibration and perform maintenance on plant testing equipment.
  • Implement safety protocols for all testing operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide structured feedback to production teams on manufacturing defects identified during factory testing.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality & safety guidelines.
  • Document accurate testing records and update modifications to procedures in SAP/plant systems.
  • Closure of non-conformance issues raised during factory testing or client inspections is your goal.
