CDI Specialist Opportunity

As a CDI specialist, you will review clinical documentation in electronic health records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with coding standards.
Primary Responsibilities:- Concurrently review inpatient records using EHR platforms to verify accurate documentation.
- Identify gaps in documentation and issue compliant queries to physicians to improve overall quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote documentation integrity and compliance.
Working closely with healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant documentation. This requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with EHR platforms and a solid understanding of coding standards. A background in healthcare or medical records is beneficial but not required.
