About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Executive to support our Finance and Accounting team in managing budgets, forecasts, and reports.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial guidance, aligning financial goals with the company's overall objectives.

They will collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and other team members to achieve this goal.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain project/client data to support informed decision-making and accurate reporting.
  • Create and publish charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of project/client data with organizational databases and accounts.
  • Prepare, discuss, and document detailed reports on projects and clients, identifying issues.
  • Invoice clients promptly for services, handle queries, and coordinate with internal contacts.
  • Resolve vendor disputes, ensure invoices are entered timely, and reconcile statements of accounts.
  • Manage monthly and annual GST return filings for compliance with Indian regulations.
  • Handle monthly TDS filings for the Indian entity and assist with compliance audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree. CA Inter Pass is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Finance team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
