Customer Experience Leader

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-performing teams, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results in fast-paced environments.

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in handling helpdesk teams and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Proven leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to improve response times and service quality
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and mentor a team of helpdesk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality technical and operational support services
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement
  • Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team performance and inform strategic decision-making
Requirements:
  • MBAnecessary qualification or equivalent
  • At least 15+ Years of experience of handling helpdesk team and leading large-scale projects
  • Should have managed Helpdesk Centre (with more than 50 seats) for at least 2 years
