About the Job

The role involves utilising expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM to enable clients to achieve operational efficiency and strategic objectives.

As a senior associate, you will be part of a vibrant community of professionals who specialise in consulting services for business applications. Your primary focus will be on analysing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power platform to join our team.

You will be responsible for working with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM. This may involve configuring the system, developing customisations, and integrating it with other applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing client needs and developing targeted solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Implementing software solutions and providing training and support
  • Working collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes

In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for individuals with excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will need to be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Mandatory skill sets include:

  • Dynamics 365 CRM Functional

Preferred skill sets include:

Education Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering
