Role: - Associate/ Senior Associate

Experience: - 3 to 6 Years

Location: - BKC, Mumbai

About the Role :- We are looking for a Valuation Specialist with strong expertise in financial modeling, securities/brand/intangible valuations, and ESOP assessments. The role involves preparing detailed valuation reports, ensuring compliance with FEMA, SEBI, and Income Tax , and supporting transaction structuring through pitch decks. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Valuation & Tax Advisory , excellent report writing skills.

Key Responsibilities :- Conduct valuations using multiple methodologies: DCF, CCM, CTM, NAV,

ANAV etc.

  • Experienced on Securities , Brand/Intangibles, ESOP Valuations .
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with FEMA, SEBI, and Income Tax regulations.
  • Support transaction structuring with valuation inputs in pitch decks.
  • Strong background in valuation and financial modeling.
  • Hands-on experience in Valuation & Tax Advisory .
  • Excellent skills in report writing & presentation .
  • Awareness of compliance frameworks (FEMA, SEBI, Taxation) .

Education & Certifications :- Professional qualification (CA / MBA / CFA) preferred.
