We are seeking a seasoned project coordinator to lead our pre-construction initiatives and drive successful project execution from planning to delivery. If you have a passion for strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivering results within timelines—this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives
- Manage planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts
- Monitor progress and conduct review meetings to ensure alignment
- Establish baselines and oversee resource deployment, quality compliance, and time management
- Maintain effective communication with consultants, clients, and internal teams
- Collaborate on site logistics and execution plans
- Administer end-to-end project delivery aligned with forecasts
- Develop procurement strategies, manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs, and site deliveries
- Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and execution
- Conduct cost analysis, rate evaluations, and BOQ preparation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination and pre-construction planning
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
