Air Freight Associate Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for logistics to join our global team. As an Air Freight Associate, you will provide exceptional service within the air freight service line, supporting regions and countries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To comprehend the requirements of station documentation and ensure jobs are executed according to standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure department Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met as per agreed delivery guidelines.
  • Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to enhance service to business partners.
  • Flag any operational challenges to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.
  • C Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for regular communication and information flow as defined for the respective service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, industrial engineering, or management.
  • Undergraduate degree with 0-3 years of experience from BPO or logistics domain.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Effective English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs).
  • Good logical reasoning skills.
  • High level of customer centricity.
