Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-performance Java-based backend applications for financial services.
  • Improve application efficiency and scalability while ensuring security compliance.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, particularly in the Java ecosystem.
  • Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Web Services, XML, and DevOps tools.
  • Good understanding of unit test frameworks and Agile methodology.
  • Experience in migrating applications to CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Jenkins, Jira, Ansible, and Rundeck.
  • Well-versed in Object-Oriented Programming and Functional Programming paradigms.
  • Understanding of HTTP and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, PaaS, IaaS, Docker, and containerization is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
