Job Title: Software Development Professional

Software development professionals play a vital role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. They use programming languages to create algorithms and write codes that meet the requirements of the software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets the software's functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software products that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure that the code adheres to coding standards and best practices.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new tools and techniques to enhance software development skills and knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of programming languages, data structures, and algorithms.
  • 3 years of experience in testing, maintenance, and launching software products.
  • 1 year of experience in software design and architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in computer science or related technical field.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience in developing accessible technologies.
