Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Linguistic AI Engineer to join our team in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge language models. As a key member of our GenAI delivery organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions for our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and optimizing large language models using techniques like prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.
  • Maintaining high-quality codebases in Python and SQL, focusing on reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices.
  • Integrating GenAI applications on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS), ensuring robust CI/CD processes and optimized resource usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems.
  • Hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLM) techniques, particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
  • Expert proficiency in programming skills in Python, Langchain/Langgraph, and SQL.
  • Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs.
