Leading AI/ML Engineer Position

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Python Developer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI and machine learning applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain high-performance Python applications with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
  • Develop and optimize machine learning models, data pipelines, and APIs to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers on best practices in AI/ML and Python development.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven applications in production.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
  • Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work independently.

Desirable Skills

  • Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models, or Agentic AI.
  • Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products.
  • Prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams.
