Encompass Administrator Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Encompass Administrator to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.Key Responsibilities:
  • The primary administrator for the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS), including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.
  • Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Collaborate with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.
  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.
  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.
  • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
  • Support audits and system usage reviews.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is a plus.
  • ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.
