We're Hiring: ICE Encompass Administrator (Mortgage Loan Origination)

 Important: Only candidates with ICE Encompass Administrator experience will be considered.

       Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)

       Experience: 5+ years (relevant experience)

       Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Encompass Administrator with 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in managing and customizing the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Encompass Configuration & Customization

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.
  • Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.

System Maintenance & Upgrades

  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.

Integration Management

  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
  • Support audits and system usage reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

 Minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience (mandatory).

 Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.

 Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is a plus.

 ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.
