Energy Transition Manager India

Climate Smart Ventures, a pioneering transaction advisory firm, is seeking a skilled Energy Transition Manager to support asset owners and investors in Asia accelerate their shift from fossil fuels to renewables. Our mission is to deliver a decarbonized future through the Asia Energy Transition Platform.

We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals who can help navigate business leaders through highly dynamic topics of energy, climate, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and finance. As a member of our team, you will be part of an extremely agile and learning-based organization that takes calculated risks and rewards small innovations with potential to make a tremendous impact.

This role is pivotal in driving business development efforts and facilitating the energy transition through innovative, finance-focused approaches. You will lead market expansion initiatives and manage complex projects that align with CSV's mission to advance climate and energy solutions.

  • Leverage established networks and personal connections to develop, structure, and close financial transactions for CSV's current and upcoming energy transition projects in India.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, encompassing business development, origination, new market initiatives, and project management.
  • Effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, key industry players, and regulatory bodies.

You will join a rapidly growing firm pioneering cutting-edge thinking and execution on energy transition in Asia side-by-side with key movers and shakers from the region. Together, you will collaborate to create new value for CSV, its clients, and the broader ecosystem.
