We are seeking an experienced transition professional to lead the migration of finance processes into a shared services model.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for driving impactful change and be able to manage large-scale transitions in global or complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end transition of finance functions into shared services, focusing on standardization, automation, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and external partners for seamless execution and implement change initiatives and risk management strategies as needed.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in shared services, finance transformation, or transition management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, project management, and change management principles, including excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
