Job Description

We're seeking a visionary technical leader to spearhead our AI development initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in architecting, implementing, and scaling our AI-driven platform across diverse environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML or Agentic AI systems.
  • Deep expertise in LLMs, embeddings, vector search, knowledge graphs, and RAG/GraphRAG pipelines.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (LangChain, Haystack, Fast API) and modern backend frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, or multi-cloud strategies; familiarity with FinOps is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks: LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI/Anthropic, Autogen, Semantic Kernel.
  • Proven track record in designing and scaling distributed microservices, serverless functions, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI-augmented developer tools (Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine).
  • Strong understanding of cloud billing, performance tuning, telemetry, and cost drivers.
  • Prior experience building agent orchestration systems, AI copilots, or autonomous workflows preferred.
