About the Role :

Were seeking a visionary Chief Technical Architect who is not just a tech leader but a hands-on innovator. This is a rare opportunity to architect, design, and influence the future of an AI-powered fintech platform for a US-based global product company.

Youll work closely with leadership, product owners, and engineering teams to define the technical roadmap, drive architecture decisions, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

We want a champion of the industry who thrives on doing things differently, loves coding, and has a proven track record of building transformative Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture design for MERN Stack (Node.js, React.js, MongoDB) applications with TypeScript

- Drive GenAI & Agent Framework adoption into core product capabilities

- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and performance best practices

- Collaborate with product leadership to align technical vision with business goals

- Mentor and guide engineering teams to scale technical excellence

- Own system design for microservices, serverless computing, and cloud-native deployments (AWS)

- Oversee integration with external systems, APIs, and advanced AI components

- Anticipate future technology trends and integrate them into the product Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in architecture leadership

- Expert in Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, TypeScript

- Proven experience in GenAI, Agent Frameworks, or AI-driven systems

- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud-native design, and serverless computing

- Deep understanding of system scalability, performance optimization, and security

- Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and inspire teams

- B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, IT, or related to Have :

- Prior experience in fintech or large-scale SaaS products

- Exposure to GraphQL, Next.js, and event-driven architectures
