This is a rare opportunity to architect, design, and influence the future of an AI-powered fintech platform for a US-based global product company.Youll work closely with leadership, product owners, and engineering teams to define the technical roadmap, drive architecture decisions, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.We want a champion of the industry who thrives on doing things differently, loves coding, and has a proven track record of building transformative Responsibilities :- Lead architecture design for MERN Stack (Node.js, React.js, MongoDB) applications with TypeScript- Drive GenAI & Agent Framework adoption into core product capabilities- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and performance best practices- Collaborate with product leadership to align technical vision with business goals- Mentor and guide engineering teams to scale technical excellence- Own system design for microservices, serverless computing, and cloud-native deployments (AWS)- Oversee integration with external systems, APIs, and advanced AI components- Anticipate future technology trends and integrate them into the product Skills & Qualifications :- 12+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in architecture leadership- Expert in Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, TypeScript- Proven experience in GenAI, Agent Frameworks, or AI-driven systems- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud-native design, and serverless computing- Deep understanding of system scalability, performance optimization, and security- Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and inspire teams- B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, IT, or related to Have :- Prior experience in fintech or large-scale SaaS products- Exposure to GraphQL, Next.js, and event-driven architectures- Experience with DevOps culture and CI/CD best Join Us ?- Work on high-impact AI-powered fintech products used globally- Collaborate with a US-based GCC client at the forefront of innovation- Competitive salary budget for the right candidate- Influence product direction and own technical excellence- Hybrid work 5 days from office (Panchkula) with flexibility (ref:hirist.tech)
