Role : Senior Salesforce Technical and Solution Architect Experience : 10+ Years Location : Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Mangalore, Mohali, Mumbai, Mysore, Nagpur, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram Notice Period : Immediate / 15 Days NP Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Salesforce Technical and Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, hands-on experience across multiple clouds, and a proven track record of translating complex business requirements into robust technical architectures. This role requires strong leadership, mentorship, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities Define and drive long-term Salesforce technical roadmaps aligned with business strategy. Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices within the Salesforce environment. Provide architectural guidance leveraging frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar enterprise architecture methodologies . Optimize Salesforce performance (Apex, SOQL, integrations, UI) for large-scale, high-volume data environments . Mentor and coach technical teams, delivering training on best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks. Collaborate with business and executive stakeholders to articulate technical solutions in business-friendly terms . Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs . Stay current with emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain) and evaluate their applicability within Salesforce. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 5 years as a Salesforce Architect . Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud , delivering secure and scalable enterprise solutions. Strong knowledge of Salesforce features including Case Management, Entitlement Processes, Workflow Automation, Omni-Channel (voice, email, chat) . Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP ). Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools . Proficiency in scripting/automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages . Deep industry expertise with Salesforce Industry Clouds or vertical-specific solutions . Strong grasp of enterprise integration patterns, APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), and middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Informatica, etc.) . Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges . Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to organizational goals. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Architect certifications (CTA, Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect ) strongly preferred. Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Automotive . Knowledge of governance frameworks, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA), and security best practices in Salesforce implementations.
