Financial Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to oversee key financial functions, guarantee compliance, and provide valuable insights to support the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring adherence to established standards.

· Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Collaborate with stakeholders on budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance and recommending cost optimizations.

· Supervise accounts payable and receivable, including vendor management and collections, to optimize cash flow.

· Ensure tax compliance and assist in preparing tax returns, maintaining accurate records.

· Support internal and external audits, addressing queries and implementing improvements to maintain financial integrity.

· Continuously review processes for improvement and efficiency, implementing changes as necessary.

· Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to manage financial data effectively, staying up-to-date with new technologies.

· Stay current on accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance and optimal financial outcomes.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA Inter is an asset.

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a proven track record of success.

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally), with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
