Job Description

The role of Customer Service Representative is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial interaction to final delivery. As the primary point of contact, this individual will handle post-purchase issues and serve as the liaison between customers and shipping partners.

This position involves providing exceptional support through prompt and professional responses via email and other communication channels. Key responsibilities include managing and resolving issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.

Responsibilities also extend to processing and managing customer orders on our DTC website platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds. Additionally, coordinating with shipping vendors to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently is crucial.

To excel in this role, it is essential to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.

Clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times is mandatory. Accurate documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions is also necessary.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in an ecommerce operations role is desired.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills are required.
