
Senior Learning Content Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a senior professional to oversee the administration of our learning management system and develop high-quality training content. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering all activities on the system, ensuring seamless user experience, managing user accounts and permissions, maintaining system security, training trainers on the LMS tool, enhancing their knowledge and skills, uploading, organizing, and maintaining digital learning content within the LMS, analyzing, updating, and refining existing online content, improving its effectiveness, creating and managing learning dashboards, providing insights into employee performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administer all activities on the learning management system, ensuring seamless user experience
- Manage user accounts and permissions, maintaining system security
- Train trainers on the LMS tool, enhancing their knowledge and skills
- Upload, organize, and maintain digital learning content within the LMS
- Analyze, update, and refine existing online content, improving its effectiveness
- Create and manage learning dashboards, providing insights into employee performance
Content Development:
- Prepare and curate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each department, standardizing processes
- Manage and update the training content repository, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Oversee the creation of e-learning modules through external vendors, meeting quality standards
- Develop byte-sized learning modules, preferably video-based, for new topics and trainer teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Hospitality experience is an added advantage
- Fluent in English language, with excellent communication skills
