Membership Compliance Specialist

The Membership Compliance Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the Exchange operates in a no-error work environment.

  • This position is responsible for scrutinizing and processing applications for change in director as per Exchange/SEBI norms, screening all applications related to change in director details, shareholding patterns, directors, and membership transfers, maintaining records, updating control sheets, and following up with members via email and phone calls.
  • The specialist will also be responsible for scrutinizing and processing shareholding/DPG pattern constitution/re-constitution of partnership firm, keeping records, updating control sheets, and following up with members via email and phone calls.
  • In addition, this position involves scrutinizing and processing applications for change in member entity name and office address, updating the SEBI Portal, processing applications without errors within the prescribed TAT, updating member names and addresses in the CRM database as per member requests.
  • The Membership Compliance Specialist will also be responsible for closure of alerts in Trackwizz Application, maintaining monthly database and MIS/Collation of Data for SEBI/Internal Department.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
  • CS/CA/MBA from a reputable Institute/University.
  • Experience:
  • 3-4 years of work experience in securities/capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
  • Skills Required:
  • Proactive and result-oriented.
  • Analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Good execution skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Sharing knowledge and developing/communicating best practices across groups.
  • Satisfying company and national regulatory standards.
  • Functional Competencies Required:
  • MS Office (preferably with good Excel skills).
