Job Title: Compliance Expert

Resillion seeks a seasoned Compliance Manager to oversee global compliance initiatives and ensure quality, information security, and environmental compliance across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective compliance strategies and processes to maintain certifications and accreditations.
  • Maintain ISO 9001, ISO27001, and other relevant management systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and prevent non-conforming work.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on compliance performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and SOC teams to address security incidents and improve overall security posture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
  • Highly competent in MS Office suite, particularly Sharepoint Lists, Power BI, and Visio.
