Customer Relations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Specialist to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide timely updates and resolve issues in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support account setup, documentation, and order processing.
  • Manage escalations and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and provide guidance on our services.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Gather feedback and share insights to enhance customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
  • Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
