Role Description
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth. They act as the bridge between the company and its clients. Maintain in-depth knowledge about the brands, materials, finishes and pricing . Document/Process the data of leads received from multiple sources on an excel sheet/ CRM Software. Make an initial call with the leads and provide a brief description about the company and the products. Ability to build rapport with the customer. Identify customer needs & requirements and able to provide solutions based on understanding their budget. Prepare a rough estimation for customers based on their requirement
Qualifications & Skills Required:-
- Any Bachelors Degree
- 1-3 Years in Customer service sector.
- Familiar in CRM Software is an advantage.
- Active listening
- Objection Handling
- Time Management
- Product Knowledge
- Communication Skills
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
