We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to lead our Human Resources department. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting strategic goals for the HR team and tracking progress
  • Designing and implementing policies that foster a positive work environment
  • Developing compensation and benefits plans
  • Supporting improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • Hosting in-house recruitment events
  • Discussing career development paths with managers
  • Maintaining HR metrics (e.g turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Reviewing departmental budgets
  • Organizing learning and development programs
  • Ensuring timely resolution of employee requests and grievances

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with HR Management Software
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to foster healthy employee relations
