• Ensure financial transactions are reported accurately and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.


• Work closely with team members to assist with financial planning and analysis.


• Assist with the annual audit process, including the review of financial statements and related notes.


• Research and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts by compiling and analyzing financial data.


• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.


• Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing financial data and preparing reports.


• Document financial transactions by entering account information.


• Recommends financial actions by analyzing financial options.


• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.


• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.


• Maintains financial controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.


• Guides financial staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.


• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.


• Secures financial information by completing database backups.


• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.


• Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.


• Answers financial procedure questions by researching and interpreting financial policy and regulations.


• Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.


• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial information and trends.


• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.


• Creating budgets and forecasts.
