Financial Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced financial professional to manage our financial records with accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in bookkeeping and accounting software.

The following are the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations (BRS)
  • Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review
  • Manage invoicing, billing, and collections efficiently
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with external accountants and auditors as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience, experience in healthcare or clinical setting will be an asset
  • Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent degree
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software tools
  • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations (BRS), accounts payable (AP), and Canadian payroll regulations
  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with high accuracy and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
