About This Role

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional seeking a challenging role in accounting? We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in preparing financial statements, managing the general ledger, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
  • Manage the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Evaluate financial data to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications
  • Financial reporting, general ledger management, and account reconciliation skills
  • Experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, tax return preparation, and audit support
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA certification or progress towards CPA is a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceuticals industry is an advantage
Working Conditions:
  • This is a full-time remote position
  • The individual in this role will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team
