Job Description:

As a seasoned IT professional, you will oversee the entire support lifecycle, ensuring seamless customer experiences through proactive issue resolution and effective escalation processes. You will lead a team of technical support engineers, guiding them to enhance their skills and performance through training, coaching, and mentoring.

The role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep IT/PC troubleshooting knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for managing 24X7 global support operations, adhering to SLA requirements, and establishing efficient ITIL standards in service delivery practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Engineering/Technical discipline with knowledge of servers, desktop O.S., O365, networking, firewall, Windows AD, Domain controller, PC/Laptop/Server Hardware, Tablets, software applications, server maintenance, etc.
  • At least 15 years of total IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk/Service Desk management in an Enterprise environment.
  • 24X7 Global Support Operations Management and ITIL Certification.
  • Microsoft and Azure Certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong coordination skills to work with multiple cross-functions.
  • Proactive and creative, attention to detail, excellent research skills.
