Chief BIM Architectural Modeler

Seeking an experienced Building Information Modeling (BIM) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM software, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with project stakeholders.
About the Position:
We are looking for a skilled BIM engineer who can create detailed 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD, implement industry best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
Responsibilities:
- Create accurate construction documents and drawings from BIM models
- Maintain up-to-date BIM documentation systems
- Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure seamless integration of all building systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination
- Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
