Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller Structures to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and drawings using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate engineering calculations and sketches into 3D models, incorporating the latest BIM standards and workflows.
  • Coordinate BIM models and drawings across disciplines, ensuring seamless collaboration with architectural and MEP services teams.
  • Provide technical support and mentoring on BIM authoring tools to project teams, promoting efficient workflow and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with design and project standards, conducting regular reviews of models and drawings.
  • Conduct clash detection, resolution, and reporting to guarantee coordinated design.
  • Deliver high-quality construction drawings, extracting relevant data from BIM platforms.
  • Produce detailed reinforcement drawings and structural steel drawings, meeting project specifications.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in BIM, including work on Revit Structures.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and industry best practices.
  • Sound understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP services principles.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactive leadership skills in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Educational qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering.
