Job Role: BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled BIM modeler to create detailed 3D construction drawings using industry-standard software. The ideal candidate will have experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects.
  • Set up and manage Revit servers for large-scale projects.
  • Develop and implement BIM best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide materials and documentation to support construction operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience with Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
  • Understanding of construction methods and techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling principles.
