Office Manager Position Overview

  • The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office staff and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs for office facilities and grounds.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate events and meetings as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
