Executive Leader for Technology Innovation

AxisMinds is seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Officer to spearhead the advancement of our global logistics and freight forwarding technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology Strategy & Vision
    • Develop and communicate a forward-thinking technology vision that aligns with long-term product and business objectives.
    • Oversee the technical roadmap, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and innovation are embedded across all platforms.
  • Product & Platform Leadership
    • Manage full lifecycle product development, from conception and prototyping through to launch, scale, and iteration.
    • Make informed architectural and design decisions across multiple technology stacks, ensuring they meet business needs while being efficient, secure, and future-proof.
  • Engineering Team Leadership
    • Build, lead, and mentor globally distributed teams of engineers, QA professionals, architects, and DevOps specialists.
    • Foster a high-performing culture rooted in innovation, agility, collaboration, and technical excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with leaders in Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure all technology efforts are aligned with customer and market needs.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.
  • Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems or transportation/supply chain software.
  • Proven experience overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products, ideally in B2B environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership, as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
