Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culture Coordinator to foster a vibrant workplace culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement programs that support company values, improve employee morale, and promote team building.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement strategies, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, or organizational development
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in workplace culture and employee engagement

This role requires the following skills:

  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; high-quality document and report preparation
Physical Requirements

This role involves regular sitting and occasional use of hands to finger, handle, or feel, as well as talking and hearing. Close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus are also required.

Travel: Up to 5-10% both domestic and international
