Transformation Manager

As a key member of our transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through effective project management and delivery.

  1. Project Delivery

Develop and execute project plans to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. This includes:

  • Coordinating projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Communicating changes and progress to clients and internal teams
  • Managing self and project team activities to ensure seamless delivery

Customer Service - Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.

Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures.

Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyses information skilfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.

Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management and delivery, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good documentation and report writing skills
